Is it underwater? I'm having a hard time telling. >.< If not should be a tad lighter in value maybe.
I like how your eye goes 'around' the page because circular image the tail and light and such.

No, its above.. I tried to make it look glare-ish.. but i think the water looks a bit like bubbles. perhaps i should fix that...
