It's sickening cute....and I like the flow of the ribbons. :3

It is a steel type because someone was smoking pot with Phelps when they created this strange little thing. X3

Maybe it's because people wish on shooting stars, and most shooting stars are meteors... The ribbons could be the tail a shooting star leaves behind. Of course, I could be thinking too hard on this... xD
