'If possible'? As if I don't have an age, or something?

◆When did you start drawing?
Hmm.... Well.. I always drew. Kids draw. But I started drawing 'seriously' when my mom finally got me my very own Gameboy, and Pokemon Gold. Yep, Pokemon got me into drawing.

◆Which hand do you use for drawing?
I'm right-handed.. I only really use my left hand to change the songs on my ipod.

◆Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Uh.. They're both hard.. I tend to mess up on girls more.. but my guys always tend to look pretty girl-ish. Just look at my trainer >_>

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
They're both fun. Of course it depends on the style, and just how long or short the hair is..

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
I always somehow end up having the head face the left.. I can start it of in a totally different position.. but, yeah. ><

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
3/4 view FTW! Though if I were to choose, I'd go for the side view.

◆What do you have problems in drawing?
Shoulders and poses.. Though I think most of my problem is with patience.. I think my art could be better if I wasn't so impatient with it.. ><

◆What do you like to draw?
Guess.

◆Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Even if I start out traditional, my body is like scan iiiit. *sigh*

◆Where do you start drawing from?
Depends on what it is I'm drawing.. but usually the head. ^^

◆What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I start out with structure lines for the head.. and start drawing the face (which I shouldn't) and then I work my way down.

◆What do you keep in mind when you do lineart?
The undo button is nice. Oh.. and not to try to draw a line at an unnatural angle or curve for your hand.. rotate the paper, or the image so that you're not killing yourself.. XD

◆Any tips for coloring/shading?
Huh.. Hmm.. Well, always keep in mind your complementary colors, and your hard edges vs. soft edges when it comes to shading- cast shadow vs. form shadow. And always know where your light source is! If you have to draw a little happy sun to remind yourself, do it. XD Oh, and having a second, less intense light source helps a lot.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
A good few hours..

◆What music do you listen to while you draw?
Depends on what I'm drawing, and what I'm in the mood for. I've got a lot of different things on my itunes, though a good third of it at least is made up of game OSTs and the like. But i have everything... maybe except rap and hip-hop. And I usually end up listening to my Billy Hatcher or Okami OST for a good while whenever I'm working on something. Something without words, usually.. words can be distracting sometimes. XD

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
I come up with ideas... though I usually never follow through. That's a big problem that I have.

◆Your favorite drawing utensils?
My mechanical pencils and sketchbook.. And my tablet pen~ *hugs*

◆Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
PURPLE~ I like it.
And I think I tend to use it a lot, if I can~

◆Your favorite style(s)?
Hmm.. I really don't know.. I like a lot of things, so I can't say specifically. But I know it when I see it~ Oddly enough, my 'style' doesn't really reflect the styles that I like, lol. It's just how I draw.. ><

◆Are you satisfied with your current art?
Not at all... *sigh* But I doubt I will ever be.

◆What kind of artist are you aiming for?
I really don't know.. I want to design things.... be it graphic, product, or web.. I find it really interesting and awesome. Heh, betcha didn't know that.
